Kailey Babuin’s diverse background brings a great deal of depth to his understanding of the significant financial issues that business owners face.  After growing up in a small community in Northern British Columbia, Kailey traveled extensively and worked for many successful organizations in the business development and recruitment areas.  Over time, Kailey’s focus moved to the financial services industry where he subsequently began his career marketing for Western Canada's largest employee  benefits consulting firm.  Over the past 3 years, Kailey has evolved his practice into a partnership with the Caligiuri Financial Group where he now thrives in assisting clients to design truly unique and customized benefit programs.  Through a process of values based client engagement and collaboration, employee benefit clients benefit from the opportunity to develop plans that are both efficient and effective in accomplishing their objectives.  When Kailey is not working with his clients, he is an active volunteer in his community and thoroughly enjoys badminton, tennis, yoga and learning about all matters that revolve around positive self-realization.
